I offer group facilitation to support groups achieve their goals and improve their process management. Based on your needs the facilitation can be a Basic Intervention (focused mostly on performance, structural/functional issues, goal achievement) or a Development Intervention (focused on relationship management amongst the members, values and beliefs about each other as well as intrapersonal).

My role as a facilitator will promote the effective participation of all members, mutual listening and understanding, inclusion, and a sense of shared responsibility for the outcomes.
