COACHING

Simply put, coaching is "getting the best out of people"

The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as:

partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole. This process thelps clients dramatically improve their outlook on work and life, while improving their leadership skills and unlocking their potential.

Are you dealing with issues like these?

  • Lack of management and / or leadership skills
  • Behavioral issues affecting relationships and team motivation
  • Difficulties with planning and time management

Coaching can help you address them!

How?

I establish a trustful partnership with you; we create the space, time and conditions for learning and growth. You will look at your current situation with new eyes, increase self-awareness and responsibility, clarify objectives, discover new paths and take action to achieve your goals.

This discovery process (and not teaching process) leads you to unlock existing wisdom and resources, generate empowering beliefs that will support an evolution from within, experiment with new perspectives and new behaviors, resulting in increased performance and satisfaction, both at work and in life as a whole.

I am a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) member of the ICF (International Coach Federation) offering coaching services to both INDIVIDUALS (one-to-one) and to TEAMS.
