I am the founder of Robazza International Coaching.

I am a multicultural, bilingual (English-Italian) Senior Trainer and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 35 years of working experience. Currently based in the Veneto region in Italy, I have been raised partially in Canada, partially in Italy and I have lived in Belgium for a total of 16 years.

I have worked in the private sector for 18 years. During this time, I have held key leading roles with national and European responsibilities both in large international corporate organisations as well as in small to midsize organisations, gaining extensive experience in sales and retail, training and development, international remote team management (leading 30 senior managers located in 13 European countries).

Since 2007 I partner with leaders and teams, offering Coaching, Facilitation and Training services, including: Executive Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Leadership & Management Training, Workshop Facilitation, in the areas of leadership development, management skills improvement, emotional intelligence, effective communication, growth mindset and team effectiveness.

Enthusiastic, positive, driven, with strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills, I adopt an honest, empathic, practical and results-oriented coaching style. Using the latest neuroscience research, I help leaders “think about their thinking and feeling”; create healthier habits to boost cognitive function, resilience and emotional regulation; and make better decisions for themselves, for their teams and consequently for their organisation.
